The Koh-I-Noor (Glasgow Restaurant)

The Glasgow Experience - KOH I NOOR - Glasgow

The ‘Koh-I-Noor’ around most parts of the world would consider a precious Indian gem. While not being this jewel, the Koh-I-Noor Glasgow is a great wee gem of a restaurant! The Koh-I-Noor was Glasgow’s FIRST Indian dining experience, based on Gibson Street, but we move on to the restaurant specifically situated at Charing Cross. This Indian offers great food and service with traditional décor! This has been scrutinised by some, however, I believe it adds atmosphere and character. Many experiences in this Indian restaurant have been happy and filling ones, the staff have always been kind and helpful whilst keeping the good food fresh and hot!

As most restaurants do, the Koh-I-Noor offers a menu meal BUT also offers the favoured buffet! All you can eat for a reasonable price, what more can you ask for!?

The service as mentioned has always been friendly, warm and helpful. The food is delicious, fresh and hot and located around a focal point of this restaurant, a central water fountain! Get the gulab jaman for your desert, sweet sugar syrup filled sponges that are absolutely fantastic!
This restaurant is something unique, offering something different, as stated before it has to be its CHARACTER!

It really is one you need to try for yourself! Maybe even check out their branch in Paisley if its closer to home!
Menu's and deals available on their website: http://www.koh-i-noor-glasgow.co.uk/

Glasgow E-Rating 7/10
