A casual and relaxing environment to dine in, Viva Brazil brings the meat directly to you! Walking around the floor, the Passadors (Meat Carvers, who fittingly are wearing KILTS, awesome touch!) carry spits chalked up with some of the tastiest meats that you can find! With a unique ‘Green (Go)/Red (Stop)’ “Feed me!” card, each diner can literally eat until they burst!
Viva B offers lamb, beef, chicken and pork in 15 different styles and flavour combos. What is your favourite you ask? It’s got to be the pork loin with parmesan (pictured above!), never tasted something so good (honest!).
