Fancy somewhere a bit different from the usual restaurants? Then Khublai Khans is the place for you! Located in Merchant City, this Mongolian barbeque restaurant provides a very unique dining experience, from having your main course cooked fresh in front of you to the rather interesting food they serve on the menu! To take a closer look at the dinning experience, have a look at their video tutorial...
The reason as to why this place is so popular and different is the menu. You get to take a choice of starter from the menu, then it's on to the Mongolian traditional barbeque where you can take a choice of rice or noodles, fresh veg and "exotic meats" such as Zebra (yes ZEBRA!!), however don't worry if you don't feel daring enough to try the variety of exotic meats, there is your good old chicken and beef!
This restaurant is a must experience to enjoy a different side of the typical dinning out!

La Tasca
One place that is a must visit for all food lovers in Glasgow is Spanish tapas bar and kitchen La Tasca!! Situated on Renfield street, it is a 5 minute walk away from Glasgow central station and is near all the best hotspots of the city. The restaurant provides a unique atmosphere of Spanish culture, from the décor to the amazing food. Due to this being a tapas restaurant, you can pick and choose a wide variety of different foods so it's great for all the fussy people out there! The menu consists of many different Spanish foods from sautéed chorizo to spicy chicken wings and many other different style foods. A favourite of mine would be the calamares which is fried squid... doesn't sound to appealing but don't knock it till you try it!
<<< Paella is a must too!
